Ich liebe es, mit Menschen und Gruppen unterschiedlichster Hintergründe zu arbeiten. Während meinem BOKU-Studium der Agrarwissenschaften und meinem ehrenamtliches Engagement in der ÖH BOKU (Vorsitzteam, Studienvertretung, Internationales, Senat, Ersti-Tutorium) als auch in internationalen Studierendenorganisationen, konnte ich diese Leidenschaft für mich entdecken. Daraus ergab sich, dass ich 2017 einen internationalen Train-the-trainer absolvierte und seither als Trainer sowohl in Österreich als auch im interkulturellen/-nationalen Bereich tätig bin.
Trainings mit mir bedeuten
Im Zentrum meines Trainer*innen-Verständnisses steht ihr und eure Bedürfnisse – nur so macht Training für mich Sinn.
Das bedeutet für mich, euch bei Seminaren und Workshops zu begleiten, in euren Gruppen- und Arbeitsprozessen zu unterstützen und euch Tools in die Hand zu geben, um Lösungen zu erarbeiten, Wachstum, Lernen und das Schaffen gemeinsamer Erfolge zu erleben.
Dabei ist es mir wichtig, genügend Raum zu schaffen für Selbsterfahrung, Learning by doing, Reflexion, Interaktion und eine zielgeführte Mischung aus Theorie und Praxis, um zum gemeinsamen Ziel zu kommen.
Ein besonderes Highlight meiner Trainings ist der Einsatz von LEGO Bausteinen u.a. nach der LEGO SERIOUS PLAY Methode.

Working with individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds, excites me. During my BOKU studies in Agricultural Sciences and my voluntary work in the ÖH BOKU (executive board, student representatives, international affairs, senate, freshman tutorial) as well as in international student organizations, I was able to discover this passion for me. As a result, I completed an international train-the-trainer in 2017 and have since been working as a trainer both in Austria and in the intercultural/-national field.
What are trainings with me like
You and your needs are at the centre of my understanding as a trainer – this is the only way training makes sense to me.
This means for me to accompany you in seminars and workshops, to support you in your group and work processes and to give you tools to work out solutions, to experience growth, learning and the creation of common successes.
It is important to me to create enough space for self-awareness, learning by doing, reflection, interaction and a goal-oriented mixture of theory and practice to reach the common goal.
A special highlight of my training is the use of LEGO building blocks e.g. LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method.
